● Scope:
Develop method for extracting meaningful patterns from complex cellular phenotypes and imaging data

● Goal:
Improve data quality and analytical precision in high-content microscopy to accelerate scientific insights

Available internship topics

● In silico labeling (Image translation from unlabeled to labeled images)

● Representation learning for drug-target and gene-gene interactions using high-content microscopy

Our research topics

Isotropic 3D reconstruction in volumetric microscopy imaging

● We proposed a zero-shot diffusion framework for isotropic 3D reconstruction in fluorescence microscopy jointly estimating clean axial images and unknown PSF kernels from sparse 2D lateral observations to improve image fidelity.
