Isotropic 3D reconstruction in volumetric microscopy imaging
● We proposed a zero-shot diffusion framework for isotropic 3D reconstruction in fluorescence microscopy jointly estimating clean axial images and unknown PSF kernels from sparse 2D lateral observations to improve image fidelity.
